Owned principally by and controlled by Government of China .. Jointly owned by approved private helicopter operators .. Offers beneficial diversified helicopter services to Shanghai Delta Region .. Will be managed by experienced helicopter industry professionals and / or joint venture operators (possible separate management company could be set up) Joint venture owners: .. Experienced helicopter operators - Chinese and / or foreign .. Contribute capital and / or aircraft .. Provide management, operations and maintenance expertise .. Acquire and manage helicopters for most efficient utilization between applications .. Provide access to financing, leasing, insurance .. Have established relationships with manufacturers and vendors .. Contribute to the long term success of the Shanghai Helicopter Center and other future Centers throughout China..
